Shipping Policy

Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the resulting cross-border EPR requirements, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend shipping most of the countries outside Belgium from 12 August 2026.

As a small, family-run microbusiness, the administrative and financial burden of separate registrations and compliance requirements across EU Member States is currently disproportionate to our cross-border sales.

We sincerely hope that clearer and more proportionate rules or exemptions for small and microbusinesses will follow.

In the meantime, we will take the time to examine the requirements in individual EU countries and gradually reopen shipping to countries where it is feasible for a business of our size to comply.

For now, however, we will not be able to accept orders for delivery outside Belgium from 12 August 2026.

Shipping within Belgium will continue as usual.

1. Where we ship We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Hungary. We ship mainly with DPD

2. Processing time Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Belgium: 1-2 business days
  • Netherlands: 2-4 business days
  • France: 2-4 business days
  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • Hungary: 4-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. holidays, carrier delays).

4. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

5. Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if available.

6. Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@sundaycreate.be as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Verzendbeleid

1. Waar we naartoe verzenden We verzenden momenteel naar België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Duitsland 

2. Verwerkingstijd Bestellingen worden verwerkt binnen [X] werkdagen na betalingsbevestiging. U ontvangt een bevestigingsmail zodra uw bestelling is verzonden.

3. Verzendtijden Geschatte levertijden na verzending:

  • België: 1-2 werkdagen
  • Nederland: 2-4 werkdagen
  • Frankrijk: 2-4 werkdagen
  • Duitsland: 2-4 werkdagen

Levertijden zijn schattingen en kunnen variëren door omstandigheden buiten onze controle (bijv. feestdagen, vertragingen bij de vervoerder).

4. Verzendkosten Verzendkosten worden berekend bij het afrekenen en zijn afhankelijk van uw locatie en bestelgrootte.

5. Bestelling volgen Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u indien beschikbaar een trackingnummer per e-mail.

6. Verloren of beschadigde zendingen Als uw bestelling beschadigd aankomt of verloren gaat tijdens het transport, neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via hello@sundaycreate.be.

3. Délais de livraison Délais de livraison estimés après expédition :

  • Belgique : 1-2 jours ouvrables
  • Pays-Bas : 2-4 jours ouvrables
  • France : 2-4 jours ouvrables
  • Allemagne : 2-4 jours ouvrables

Les délais de livraison sont des estimations et peuvent varier en raison de circonstances indépendantes de notre volonté (ex. jours fériés, retards du transporteur).

4. Frais d'expédition Les frais d'expédition sont calculés lors du paiement et dépendent de votre localisation et de la taille de votre commande.

5. Suivi de commande Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous recevrez un numéro de suivi par e-mail si disponible.

5. Sendungsverfolgung Sobald Ihre Bestellung versandt wurde, erhalten Sie falls verfügbar eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer per E-Mail.
